Overview
What this policy covers
Roborax collects three categories of data: information from visitors to this website, information from customer organizations that engage our services, and information from operators who participate in our network.
This policy describes what we collect in each category, how we use it, who we share it with, and your rights regarding your information.
Roborax operates globally. For visitors and customers in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, your data is processed under GDPR. For California residents, your data is processed under CCPA. For all other regions, equivalent protections apply by contract and policy.
Roborax is a brand operated under Fusion CX. Specific data-controller responsibility depends on region: Fusion CX Limited (India) for India operations; Ameridial, Inc. d/b/a Fusion CX (United States) for US operations; the applicable Fusion CX entity for EU operations.
What we collect
Four categories of data
We separate visitor, customer, operator, and technical data because each has different protections and uses.
Visitor data
Page views, referrer URLs, browser type, and approximate geographic region. No personally identifying tracking without consent.
Customer data
Information you share when scoping a project: company name, contact details, project requirements, billing information.
Operator data
Information operators provide when joining the network: identity verification, work eligibility, payment details. Handled under separate operator data agreement.
Technical data
Cookies, log files, error reports, and system telemetry. Used for service operation, debugging, and security.
How we use it
Four uses, narrowly defined
We do not use your data for anything outside these four categories. We do not sell your data to any third party. Ever.
Deliver our service
Use customer data to scope, deliver, and bill for services. Use operator data to operate our network and pay operators.
Compliance and audit
Maintain records as required by tax, employment, and industry regulations (SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, ITAR where applicable).
Security and integrity
Detect fraud, prevent abuse, debug technical issues, and maintain the audit trail required by our compliance regime.
Communications
Respond to inquiries, send service updates, and share resources you opted into. We do not send unsolicited marketing.
Sharing and disclosure
Three categories, all under contract
We share data with three categories of third parties, all under contract:
- Sub-processors who help us deliver services: cloud infrastructure providers, payment processors, identity verification vendors, audit firms. Full list available on request at privacy@roborax.ai.
- Customers receive their own program data per the applicable Statement of Work. Customers do not receive other customers’ data.
- Legal authorities where required by law, subpoena, or to protect against fraud or abuse. We notify affected parties unless prohibited by law.
We do not sell visitor, customer, or operator data to any third party. We do not share data across customers.
Your rights
Four rights, in any jurisdiction
Stronger rights apply in GDPR and CCPA jurisdictions; below are the protections we extend globally.
Access
Request a copy of the information we hold about you. We respond within 30 days under GDPR, 45 days under CCPA, 60 days otherwise.
Deletion
Request deletion of your data. Subject to legal retention obligations (tax, audit, contractual records). We confirm deletion in writing.
Correction
Request correction of inaccurate information. Same response window as Access.
Portability
Receive your data in a portable format suitable for transfer to another service.
