Terms governing use of this website and Roborax services.
Last updated: June 24, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Roborax website and the data collection services Roborax provides under separate contract. By using the website or engaging our services you accept these terms.
Roborax is a brand operated under Fusion CX. The specific contracting entity depends on region: US contracts via Ameridial, Inc. d/b/a Fusion CX; EU contracts via the applicable Fusion CX entity; India contracts via Fusion CX Limited (CIN U72900WB2004PTC097921). Your applicable contracting entity is named in the Statement of Work you sign.
These Terms apply alongside the SOW. Where conflict exists, the SOW prevails.
Roborax provides outsourced data collection services for embodied AI teams. Services include:
Services are delivered under individual Statements of Work signed between customer and the applicable Roborax contracting entity. SOWs specify deliverables, acceptance criteria, pricing, and timeline.
These clauses appear in every SOW. They are restated here so prospective customers can review before contracting.
All data, models, and derivative outputs produced under an SOW are the property of the customer. Roborax retains no rights to customer-program data.
Roborax retains rights to its pipeline, tooling, operator training methods, and quality processes. These are not licensed to customer beyond the SOW term.
Roborax does not use customer-program data, learnings, or methods for any other customer, ever. Each program is isolated by contract and access control.
Operators are paid contractors. Output produced under SOW is work-for-hire. Operators have no IP claim to data they help produce.
Roborax’s aggregate liability under any SOW is limited to the fees paid under that SOW in the twelve months preceding the claim. This limitation applies to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
Roborax does not warrant that data delivered under an SOW will achieve any specific model performance, sample efficiency, or commercial outcome. Customer is responsible for validating data fitness for customer’s specific use case.
For customers in jurisdictions where consumer protection law applies, these limitations may not fully apply. Where this is the case, our liability is limited to the minimum extent permitted by law.
Governing law and jurisdiction follow the contracting entity:
Either party may terminate an SOW per the termination terms in that SOW. These Terms apply for as long as you continue to use the website or have an active SOW.
