UK onshore operators for financial services, public sector, and EU-adjacent embodied AI programs – when UK GDPR and trusted sourcing matter most.
UK onshore data collection is the right answer when the program is bound to UK customers, UK regulatory regimes, or EU-customer preference for non-EU UK sourcing. Post-Brexit, the UK occupies a distinct position: still subject to UK GDPR (substantively identical to EU GDPR), still trusted by EU customers for sensitive work, but operating under separate regulatory authority and contracting frameworks.
For UK financial services, public sector, and infrastructure customers, UK onshore is often a procurement requirement rather than a preference – supplier-tiering rules and data residency commitments make any offshore option ineligible regardless of compliance practices.

Roborax operates UK delivery from London, Manchester, and Edinburgh. UK operators are PAYE employees, background-checked at a level appropriate to the program – basic DBS for general work, enhanced DBS for healthcare and education programs, and SC clearance-eligible for certain public-sector engagements.
The UK workforce is purpose-built for compliance and trust: smaller pods of 4-8 operators, more senior team leads, lower throughput per operator than offshore but tighter audit trails and stronger context retention across multi-quarter programs. The same operator works on the same program for its duration – the preferred model for financial services robotics, public sector embodied AI work, and programs with multi-year continuity requirements.
UK operations are SOC 2 Type II certified and operate under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. For financial services programs, FCA-aligned operational standards apply. For NHS or public-sector engagements, Data Security and Protection Toolkit (DSPT) compliance is in place. Cyber Essentials and Cyber Essentials Plus certification supports central government supplier requirements.
EU customers can use UK operations under the EU adequacy decision. Cross-border transfer to non-EU and non-UK customers operates under documented International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA) frameworks.

UK operations run on Greenwich Mean Time (UTC+0 in winter, BST UTC+1 in summer), with full overlap to EU customers, a 5-hour offset to US East Coast (morning standup window available), and overnight delivery from APAC. Programs spanning UK and EU customers are managed from UK as the primary time zone with EU customer meetings in UK morning hours.
