Suresh Sampath leads Roborax as Chief Executive Officer, bringing over two decades of expertise in quality assurance, business excellence, and operational transformation across global CX organizations.
At Fusion CX, Suresh served as Director of Quality Assurance, Business Excellence and Transformation Practice, and later as Global Head of the High-Tech and Telecom Strategic Business Unit and Associate Vice President. He built Center of Excellence frameworks and led large cross-functional teams delivering measurable quality improvements.
Suresh holds a Senior Management Program in Leadership from the Indian Institute of Management Calcutta (2023-24), and brings earlier experience from Concentrix and Aditya Birla Minacs Worldwide.
