Kishore Saraogi is the co-founder, Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer of Fusion CX, one of the largest and fastest-growing business process outsourcing organizations in the world. As Vice Chairman of Roborax, he brings three decades of BPO leadership, financial discipline, and strategic vision to the board.
Kishore has been at the heart of Fusion CX transformation from a domestic start-up to a global enterprise since 2004. He oversees all business operations, executes the AI and automation strategy, and has led the acquisitions that expanded Fusion CX into North America, EMEA, the Philippines, and Latin America.
A Chartered Accountant (1993) who achieved an All-India Rank of 19 in CA examinations, Kishore also holds Company Secretaryship (1993), ICWAI (1991), and a Bachelor of Commerce from St. Xavier College, Kolkata.
