Pankaj Dhanuka is a serial entrepreneur and business leader who co-founded Fusion CX in 2004 and has since grown it into a global customer experience enterprise operating across more than twenty countries. As Chairman, Managing Director and CEO of Fusion CX, he is responsible for organisational strategy, growth and long-term vision.
Pankaj career began at Unit Trust of India before he turned his attention to building what would become one of the fastest-scaling BPO organizations in the world. Under his leadership, Fusion CX has completed multiple strategic acquisitions and built a workforce of more than 20,000 CX professionals.
He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Calcutta and is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He is actively involved in philanthropy and community development.
